A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the search. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer you.

Standard hosting logs may contain an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and understand general page use. Basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technologies.
How Information Is Used
We use the limited information described above to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual user profiles.
Outside Websites and Services
Links may lead to Homer Glen, Will County, or Illinois record offices, library and archive collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on those destinations is governed by their policies, not this one. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a third party under that provider's privacy practices.

Records held by the Village of Homer Glen, Will County Recorder of Deeds, Will County Circuit Clerk, Supervisor of Assessments, or another Illinois public body are not controlled by us. Questions about correction, redaction, or access to those records must go to the custodian that maintains them.
